Business Development Manager

Ok, so listen up! We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to support SPOC and ServiceNow’s growth globally. Join our sales team to take care of our big clients and to spread the word about our services and the ServiceNow platform. You’ll be
a key player in driving SPOC’s greatness. Sounds exciting, right?

Responsibilities:

  • Building long lasting relationships with future and current customers
  • Delivering presentations
  • Preparing proposals
  • Upselling services and products
  • Understanding, analysing and proposing solutions to customers
  • Ability to articulate value added from SPOC’s services and ServiceNow

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of sales processes for Enterprise IT Customers (Outreach/Inbound/AM)
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Experience in the IT software industry
  • Proven record of achieved sales targets in the Enterprise segments
  • Willingness to travel mostly across Europe (about 20% work time)

An advantage would be:

  • Command of German and/or French
  • Experience in ServiceNow or other Enterprise PaaS platforms
  • Technical knowledge sufficient to understand software development services
