IT Project Manager

We’re looking for an IT Project Manager to support SPOC and ServiceNow’s growth globally. Sounds exciting, right? Join our team and we will bring you up to speed, by putting you through ITIL and system administration trainings. Once you get through that, you will feel confident going out there and spreading the word about our services and the ServiceNow platform. Once you join the team you’ll get your own avatar, personalized mug and t-shirt. You’ll be a key player in driving SPOC’s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • day to day customer communication management and agreed periodical reporting,
  • project team management, task delegation, progress check,
  • project schedule management, change impact analysis,
  • project scope control, proactive approach to raised changes,
  • quality management in cooperation with QA Team,
  • budget management, change impact analysis,
  • risk and issue management,
  • stakeholder management,
  • problem management with correction plans,
  • project status reporting
  • cooperation with Account Manager.

Requirements:

  • technical education background or experience in leading technical projects,
  • fluency in English (desirable C1 level – expectation to work within international projects),
  • analytical skills,
  • 3+ year experience in leading IT projects,
  • practical knowledge of both, agile and waterfall project approaches (Agile PM, PRINCE 2, PMP certificate is an asset),
  • experience in working with an external customer,
  • software development/implementation project experience including managed services/service support systems (ITIL certificate is an advantage),
  • perfect organisational skills both in planning own work and the work for the others,
  • ability to coordinate many work streams at the same time,
  • being communicative and team player,
  • working as sole contributor and taking responsibility in day to day activities.
