What we expect:

  • Experience and willingness at work in support team
  • Knowledge of programming in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and jQuery
  • Ability to prepare technical and process documentation
  • Flexibility in switching between tasks
  • Willingness at participating in workshops and meetings with customers
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of Angular
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Knowledge of REST and SOAP

Your responsibilities:

  • Support users of IT systems and solving current problems related to configuration
  • Programming solutions for clients within small projects or change requests
  • Monitoring systems and preparing complex reports
  • Participating in meetings and workshops with customers
  • Business analysis of data, IT solutions and processes
  • Maintaining good relationships with the client
  • Reviewing features of new ServiceNow versions and upgrading customer instances
  • Preparing process and technical documentation for implemented work
